C Series high-speed deep tray denester

Deep trays should not force you to slow the production line.

There is a point at which conventional high-speed rotary denesting reaches its practical limits. As trays become deeper, the movement needed to extract them cleanly from a stack becomes greater, while many production lines still need high output.

The C Series was developed to solve that conflict. It combines rotary and intermittent motion, using horizontal pick head movement and servo-controlled motion to provide the extraction deeper trays need while maintaining high production speeds.

The C Series operates at up to 60 machine cycles per minute, with the number of trays placed on each cycle determined by the machine and magazine configuration. It handles trays and pots up to approximately 90 mm deep, subject to tray design and denesting suitability.

Tray depth alone does not determine whether a tray will denest reliably; wall angle, flange design, material and consistency also matter, which is why we test the actual production tray before the line depends on it.

A high performance machine is not necessarily a dedicated one.

The C Series is built for demanding lines, but it keeps our factory-set quick-change magazine masks and product-specific pick tooling. Changing tray size does not mean rebuilding the denesting system. For manufacturers running plastic today and fibre or card tomorrow, that flexibility matters as much as headline speed.

The C Series places directly into continuously moving or indexing conveyors and chain and peg systems, integrating into existing packaging equipment rather than requiring an isolated tray loading operation.
